Master of Vegan Asian Cooking
Artist and Chef Danny V. grew up on southern Thailand’s Samui Island surrounded by seafood-centric southern Thai cooking. Having become a seasoned cook and chef in Thailand to support his family and himself throughout school, he moved on to cook in Asian and seafood restaurants in California and Miami, garnering experience in Asian, Japanese, and Western cuisine. After developing culinary specialty in vegan Asian cuisine at some of the best vegan Thai restaurants in Santa Monica, CA, he opened his first restaurant as a vegan Thai and Japanese restaurant in order align with his Buddhist values, continuing the art of creating vegan Asian cuisine in southern California.
